Our Classic Shaker Cabinet Overlay Panels are precision laser-cut from a single sheet to your exact dimensions, creating a clean, seamless shaker look over your existing cabinet doors and flat surfaces.
Available in Natural Birch (stain-ready) or Architectural MDF (paint-ready), each panel is designed for direct surface installation.
Choose from multiple shaker frame widths to match your style, each cut proportionally to your panel size. Every panel features a clean center opening that allows your existing cabinet surface to show through, creating the appearance of a recessed shaker panel once installed.
Each panel is cut from a single piece—no seams, joints, or applied molding—resulting in crisp lines and a clean, architectural finish.
Construction & Installation
Each Shaker overlay panel is supplied as a single-piece overlay designed for surface-mount installation over existing flat cabinet faces.
Panels install directly over existing surfaces using adhesive and optional brad or pin nails (not included). Once installed, panels may be caulked and painted or finished for a fully integrated appearance.
Multiple panels may be installed side-by-side to cover larger cabinet runs, island backs, or feature walls.

Materials
Natural Birch Plywood — 1/4″
Stain-grade birch suitable for paint, stain, or clear finishes. Natural grain and tone variation will occur.
Architectural Smooth (Paint-Ready) MDF — 1/4″
Premium MDF with a smooth, uniform surface designed for priming and painting.
All panels are supplied smooth and finish-ready.
How to Measure
Enter your finished panel size (not the opening).
Measure the full outside dimensions (edge to edge) of the cabinet face or surface you want covered — not the interior recessed opening.
Panels are cut exactly to the dimensions provided. Frame width is selected separately and will adjust proportionally.
Installation
Panels install over existing flat cabinet surfaces using construction adhesive and optional brad or pin nails (not included).
Once installed, panels may be caulked and painted or finished for a clean, integrated appearance.

Will the overlay show seams or joints?
No. Each panel is cut from a single piece and is not assembled from multiple parts.
What are laser cut seams?
Laser cut seams are precision 1/8" lines added to the surface to replicate the look of traditional shaker construction. The panel itself remains a single, seamless piece.
Can I paint or stain the panels?
Yes. Natural Birch may be painted or stained. MDF is recommended for painted finishes.
Can these be used on walls?
Yes. While designed for cabinet overlays, panels may also be used for feature walls and other interior applications.
