LightForce Laser Engraving Loyalty Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership in the LightForce Laser Engraving Loyalty Rewards Program ("Program") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By joining the Program, members agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Earning Points

Members earn points for every $1 USD spent in our store. Members can also earn points through other activities such as:

• Referrals: For each successful referral, both the referrer and the referred friend will receive a $5.00 coupon (minimum purchase of $25.00 required).
• Birthday Celebrations
• Social Media Sharing
• Posting Reviews

3. VIP Tiers

The Program features three VIP tiers with distinct benefits:

• Bronze Members:
  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
  • Unlock various promotional offers throughout the year.
• Silver Members:
  • Earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
  • Unlock a one-time 15% discount on the next purchase.
  • Access to exclusive sales and early product launches.
• Gold Members:
  • Earn 3 points for every $1 spent.
  • Unlock a one-time 20% discount on the next purchase.
  • Priority customer service.
  • Exclusive access to limited edition products.

4. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for coupons as follows:

• 500 points = $5.00
• 1,000 points = $10.00
• 2,000 points = $20.00

Coupons can be used for purchases in our store, excluding gift cards.

5. Points and Coupon Expiration

• Points do not expire.
• Redemption coupons must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.
• If a member is inactive for 24 months, they will be removed from the Program and all points will be forfeited.

6. Program Termination

LightForce Laser Engraving reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time and for any reason. Members will be given as much notice as possible. Upon termination, all points will be forfeited, and LightForce Laser Engraving will not be liable for any loss of points or benefits.

7. Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Program is voluntary. LightForce Laser Engraving is not liable for any damages arising from the loss of points or rewards. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Changes to the Program

LightForce Laser Engraving reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for staying informed about any changes to the Program.

9. Disclaimers

• Points and rewards cannot be transferred or assigned to any other individual or account.
• LightForce Laser Engraving is not responsible for technical or system errors that may affect the accumulation or redemption of points.
• LightForce Laser Engraving reserves the right to audit and adjust points and rewards if there are any discrepancies or signs of fraud.
