Made in the USA, Cherry, Oak, and Walnut Finish Plaque Boards are designed for honoring special achievements and cherished memories. Plaques are ¾ inch thick and have two keyholes on the back for hanging horizontally or vertically. Made of high density fiberboard and finished with premium cherry, oak or walnut varnish, the board itself is not engravable. Add a plaque plate or slide in photo frame to create a custom plaque.

- Versatile Display: Plaque Boards are keyholded on the back on 2 sides for hanging vertically or horizontally.

Engraving: To personalize, add a frame or plate. Boards themselves are not engravable. A digital proof will be provided before engraving begins.

Engraving & Customization
When customized, a $20 fee applies per order, not per item, and includes free setup, unlimited digital proofs, 24-hour order confirmation, and expert design assistance. We will not begin engraving until you approve your final proof.

Personalization is laser engraved for a permanent etching — not painted or printed in color unless specifically requested. Laser engraving creates tone through the material itself, not ink. Because of this natural process, shade, depth, and contrast may vary slightly by material and from piece to piece.
Crystal & Glass: Engraves with a frosted etching, not white paint. Optional silver or black color fill can be added for enhanced contrast.
Wood: The laser burns into the surface, creating a deep, permanent mark. Lighter woods generally provide stronger contrast than darker species. We offer wood gift items, signage, and architectural panels. Wood can also be precision cut to custom sizes.
Leather & Faux Leather: Engraves in black unless otherwise specified. Leatherette is a layered material that reveals black, gold, or silver beneath the top layer, depending on selection. Leather and faux leather can be cut to custom sizes and shapes.
Metals: Most metals are laser marked rather than deeply engraved. A ceramic bond creates a smooth, permanent black mark commonly used for industrial, medical, and technical applications. We also offer select laserable acrylic metals that can be deep engraved and custom cut.
Acrylic: Can be precision cut into custom shapes. We offer indoor and outdoor acrylic options suitable for architectural, wayfinding, and ADA signage applications.
Digital Proofs & Artwork: A digital proof will be emailed for approval before production begins. High-resolution artwork produces the best results. PNG, SVG, PDF, EPS, and AI files are preferred when available. Logos and photos may be converted to grayscale or black and white for optimal engraving results. Proofs are used to confirm layout, spelling, and placement; final engraving contrast may vary slightly by material.
Bulk Orders & Business Projects: We support corporate awards, employee recognition gifts, event orders, branded merchandise, signage, and multi-recipient projects. For larger orders, we can help with spreadsheet-based personalization, repeat logo setup, grouped orders, and shipping to multiple locations when arranged in advance.
