Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. We confirm your order details within 24 hours and provide digital proofs. Nothing is engraved until you approve your design.

Can I upload my logo or artwork?

Yes. Upload your file on the product page or email it after ordering. We convert and optimize all artwork into engraving-ready black and white at no extra cost. If anything needs adjustment, we’ll take care of it and follow up with you.

Because each item is custom engraved, all engraving is final after approval. We’ll work with you to review and make any changes before production. If there is a material defect after engraving, we will make it right.
