LightForce Laser Engraving manufactures durable custom exterior acrylic signs, labels, tags, nameplates, plaque plates, and cut-to-size panels for business, facility, industrial, and recognition projects. These materials are designed for outdoor exposure, clean engraving, and long-term readability.

Each project is quoted based on size, quantity, color, finish, thickness, mounting, adhesive backing, and engraving or cutting requirements. If you are not sure which option is best, send us your project details and we will recommend the right material setup.

Available options

• Colors: Primary face colors with contrasting secondary/core colors, including solid colors, whites, blacks, blues, greens, reds, marbles, granite looks, wood looks, and metallic-style finishes
• Finish: Matte or gloss, depending on color and availability
• Construction: 2-ply exterior acrylic is standard. Select 3-ply material may be available by quote in 1/16" thickness.
• Thickness: Common options include 1/16" and 1/8", depending on the material and application
• Maximum size: Up to 24" x 48" per sheet. Larger projects may be fabricated from multiple panels.
• Mounting: Adhesive backing, holes, screws, stand-off hardware, or other mounting options may be added as requested. Installation is not included.
  

Material characteristics

• Material: Opaque high-impact exterior engraving acrylic
• Outdoor use: UV-stable and weatherable for exterior applications
• Engraving: Front-surface engraving reveals the contrasting core color beneath
• Engraving depth: Approximately .004"
• Typical color build: Primary face color with a contrasting secondary/core color, such as gray over white for white lettering
• Adhesive backing: Available with or without adhesive backing on many materials
