Built for custom and repeat production
We support one-of-a-kind projects, coordinated sign packages, and repeat orders. Supply a finished vector file, a sketch, dimensions, or a reference image. We can also help with layout, vector cleanup, material selection, engraving setup, and production planning when your design is not yet laser-ready.
Wood options
We work with a range of laser-compatible woods, including birch, oak, alder, poplar, maple, walnut, cherry, and mahogany. Hardwood, hardwood veneer, plywood, MDF, and specialty wood products may be available depending on the project, required thickness, finish, and current material availability.
Natural grain, color, knots, and engraving tone vary by species and from board to board. We will recommend the appropriate wood based on your design, desired appearance, strength requirements, edge finish, budget, and whether the project will be cut, engraved, painted, stained, or assembled in layers. Samples may be recommended for large branded, architectural, or color-sensitive projects.
Customer-supplied wood
Customer-supplied wood may be accepted after review. Please provide the wood species, dimensions, thickness, finish, coatings, adhesives, and any available manufacturer information. Unknown, pressure-treated, chemically treated, PVC-coated, or otherwise unsuitable materials cannot be laser processed. A test piece may be required, and engraving color or cutting results cannot be guaranteed on customer-supplied material.
Laser cutting, engraving, and layered construction
- Laser engraving: names, dates, logos, photographs prepared for engraving, messages, patterns, maps, and detailed artwork
- Laser cutting: custom shapes, lettering, patterns, openings, components, craft blanks, and kits
- Combination work: engraved and cut designs, layered lettering, dimensional signs, inlays, applied elements, and multi-panel assemblies
Individual parts can be produced up to 24" × 48" and up to 1/4" thick. Larger or more dimensional projects may require layered construction, joined sections, or multiple coordinated panels. We will plan seams, alignment, and assembly around the design and intended installation.
Planning the right solution
When reviewing your request, we consider:
- Application: office, home interior, memorial display, event, retail environment, architectural feature, or resale product
- Material and finish: species or sheet type, grain direction, natural or painted finish, edge appearance, and contrast for engraving
- Production: dimensions, quantity, repeatability, tolerances, nesting, layering, assembly, and packaging
- Installation: adhesive, hanging holes, standoffs, hardware provisions, freestanding construction, or panel alignment
- Environment: these products are primarily intended for interior or protected use; exterior suitability depends on the wood, finish, exposure, and maintenance requirements
