We charge a one-time $20 order setup fee covering unlimited items, personalization, digital proofs, and expert design assistance—no per-item engraving fees.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. We confirm your order details within 24 hours and provide digital proofs. Nothing is engraved until you approve your design.

Can I upload my logo or artwork?

Yes. Upload your file on the product page or email it after ordering. We convert and optimize all artwork into engraving-ready black and white at no extra cost. If anything needs adjustment, we’ll take care of it and follow up with you.
