How can I contact you?
Call or text us at (513) 265-9508 or email info@lightforcelaserengraving.com. We’re happy to help with custom orders, bulk pricing, and event planning.
What is your turnaround time?
Most orders are completed in 2–5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. Need it faster? Reach out—we handle rush orders, bulk production, and event timelines whenever possible.
How much does personalization cost?
We charge a one-time $20 order setup fee covering unlimited items, personalization, digital proofs, and expert design assistance—no per-item engraving fees.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. We confirm your order details within 24 hours and provide digital proofs. Nothing is engraved until you approve your design.
Can I upload my logo or artwork?
Yes. Upload your file on the product page or email it after ordering. We convert and optimize all artwork into engraving-ready black and white at no extra cost. If anything needs adjustment, we’ll take care of it and follow up with you.
Can you engrave handwritten recipes, photos, or thumbprints?
Yes. We engrave handwritten recipes, photos, thumbprints, and detailed designs. Upload a clear, high-quality image and we’ll optimize it for engraving.
Do you offer bulk or event pricing?
Yes. Orders of 10+ qualify for custom pricing, and larger orders (50+) can receive significant savings. Contact us for volume pricing.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
If you’re on a deadline, reach out—we’ll do everything we can to meet your timeline.
Do you offer local pickup, delivery, or consultations?
Yes. We offer local pickup, delivery, and on-site consultations. Reach out and we’ll schedule what works best for you.

Can I visit your store?
We operate as a home-based business, but we’re happy to meet with you. We can visit your location or schedule time to review your project. Free on-site consultations are available for businesses and larger custom orders.
What is your refund policy?
Because each item is custom engraved, all engraving is final after approval. We’ll work with you to review and make any changes before production. If there is a material defect after engraving, we will make it right.
Do you offer multi-shipment orders or fundraising programs?
Yes. We offer a variety of solutions for multi-shipment orders, fundraising programs, and recognition initiatives. This includes white-label ordering pages, coordinated delivery, and custom program support. Reach out and we’ll help build the right solution for your needs.
Do you offer international shipping?
In some cases. Reach out with your location and order details, and we’ll review availability, shipping options, and timelines. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees, which must be prepaid or handled directly with the carrier.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Sample items can be purchased at standard product pricing and are refunded when you move forward with your full order. For custom projects, we may also have select material samples available at no cost.
Do you accept tax-exempt or resale certificates?
