Once a customer order is submitted, LightForce will personalize one box from your prepaid inventory and prepare it for shipment directly to the recipient.

Production: Standard personalized orders are typically completed within 5–7 business days after the order details are received.

Shipping: Each customer order ships directly from LightForce to the recipient address provided at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated separately for each order.

Packaging: Orders can be shipped without LightForce promotional materials so the customer experience remains centered on Two Paws, One Legacy.

Tracking: Shipment tracking will be provided once the order is fulfilled.
